Our 2008 Summer Fete, held in the grounds of St Cedd's Church on 19th July 2008, raised over £900 for church funds. Here are some pictures of the activities:

Music was provided by Revelation (left), performing a wide variety of popular music from the 1950s to the 1990s - covering songs by Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Shadows, The Zombies, Status Quo, Lionel Richie, Andrew Gold, Tears for Fears and Crowded House. There were many activities for children, including face painting (right).

Our Rector, Andy Higgs (left), invited all-comers to throw wet sponges at him. Time to get revenge for those long sermons! A young participant takes close aim!
