PRAM & BUGGY
- AUTUMN 2010
We hope you’ve had an enjoyable summer break and are full of energy for the term ahead! We
start back on Tuesday 14th September, the first of our 13 Tuesday
meetings this term. Our congratulations go to Kendrick and mum Fan who attended all 12 meetings last term! We
welcome two new leaders: Lee (mum to
Shaun) and Leanne who is currently
studying for a Vocational Plus Childcare qualification at South Essex College.
All our leaders will very soon be wearing name badges to help our new members
get to know us. OCTOBER Sunday 4th
–
St Cedd’s Church 10:30am - Harvest Festival In addition to our
Tuesday meetings, all families are very welcome at St Cedd’s Church every
Sunday. Our Family Worship service
on the first Sunday of every month is particularly suited to families with young
children, with a crèche area for babies and toddlers, and activities and songs
to encourage participation from primary and secondary aged children. NB St Cedd’s has a Sunday School - ‘Springboard’ - which meets on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th
Sundays. Children get together in age-related groups and enjoy games and
activities designed to teach them about the Christian faith. All children of
school age are welcome – we start every Sunday at 10:30am in St Cedd’s
Church. Pre-school children are catered for with a crèche and teaching with
Michelle at the back of the church. Tuesday 26th

Half-term holiday NOVEMBER Tuesday 16th - We
plan to repeat last year’s successful Children In Need fund-raising party.
