Revelation ...

... is a band made up of current and former church members of the Parish of Stifford. Though we are not currently playing in church services, we play on special occasions, including our annual Summer Fete. In September 2007, we performed a special concert in St Cedd's church and raised over £650 for church funds and the charity Harvest Help. In September 2008, our concert raised £434 for church funds and The Friends of Essex Churches.

Forthcoming appearances include:

- North Stifford Village Fete, Saturday 12th June 2010 (to be confirmed)

- Horndon-on-the-Hill Feast and Fayre, Saturday 26th June 2010

- Stanford-le-Hope Festival, Sunday 4th July 2010

- Parish of Stifford Summer Fete, St Cedd's Church, Saturday 17th July 2010

On 15th September 2007, Revelation performed a concert at St Cedd's Church in aid of church funds and in support of Harvest Help, a development charity which helps poor farmers in Africa. Over 100 people came to the concert and a total of £665 was raised. Half of the money raised went to support Harvest Help and the other half went to help pay for new chairs in St Cedd's Church.
